Because the tools on this site run entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded to a server, there is no support account to log into and no ticket system — a plain email is all it takes.
What to write about
We welcome both bug reports and feature suggestions. A useful bug report tells us: which page you were on, which browser and version you used, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If a conversion failed, mentioning the file's approximate size and whether it was a static or animated AVIF helps a lot — please do not attach private images, since we cannot and do not want to receive your files.
Feature suggestions are equally welcome. The site deliberately stays small and focused on making AVIF files usable everywhere, but real use cases from real visitors are what shape what gets built next.

Yes. Suggestions that fit the site’s focus — making AVIF files easy to convert, preview, and use everywhere — are the most likely to be built. Requests are triaged by how many visitors they would help.
